FULL-TIME CONTRACTED PERSONAL TRAINER (FEMALE) – DURBANVILLE

As a personal trainer for Anytime Fitness Durbanville, you will have the opportunity to operate as a full-time contracted Personal Trainer, by making use of our facilities and activities on the floor. You will manage your client base and offer personal training programmes to our members.

Requirements

  • A REPSA-recognised Personal Training qualification
  • A current CPR and AED certification
  • A Friendly Personality
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated 
  • Self-disciplined
  • Experience running small group training/classes
  • Experience building class programs
  • All certification is valid in accordance with industry standards. (CPD points – annually)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design safe and effective exercise programs for your clients
  • Providing excellent customer service to personal training clients and all Anytime Fitness members
  • Building your personal training client base by continually adding new clients and retaining existing clients
  • Completing and managing accurate client records
  • Maintaining professional boundaries with your clients 
  • Ensure the health and safety of members at all times

Monthly rental to club

  • R7000 per month ex VAT

SALES CONSULTANT – DURBANVILLE

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and proactive Membership Consultant to join our AF team! We are going to Make Healthy Happen!

Duties & Responsibilities

  • The Sales Consultant along with the club manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the member base and creating a positive club culture. Building daily rapport with members and new enquiries is essential.
  • Assist with achieving monthly sales targets/KPI’s set out by AF headquarters. Overcome sales objections by following the AF sales processes and with assistance from AF headquarters.
  • Ensure all club administration i.e. emails to and from the club are up to date, online systems/CRM, systems checks and member’s information is up to date and completed as per AF guidelines.
  • Maintain activity levels in all areas during work hours including but not limited to, telephone contact e.g. calling new and old leads, retention calling, follow-up calls, enquiry handling, calls to former members and conducting a club tour with all prospective members
  • Drive approved marketing and promotional campaigns in the club outlined by AF headquarters.
  • Ensuring the club’s appearance, cleanliness and maintenance are kept in excellent condition as per AF headquarter guidelines.
  • To communicate effectively and transparently with AF headquarters. Reporting reviews/feedback, best practices, any ideas for the business/club in terms of lead generation or club culture, issues and or planned activities to AF headquarters.
  • Promote a positive club culture and AF message “Make Healthy Happen” on a daily basis. We are looking for a team player who believes in what we are doing and builds the brand culture with us.
  • Promote excellent customer service to club members and enquiries.
  • Promote the club to the local community to generate new leads.
  • Maintain an active social media presence on the AF clubs’ Facebook and Instagram accounts, with daily videos and or images.
  • Communicate daily with new and old prospect leads to generate sales. We want the manager to be proactive and to generate their own ideas. Understand and respect the needs of your enquiries to benefit sell which AF option is best for them. 
  • Your appearance is to AF standard guidelines. Approved and provided uniform is worn daily.
  • Abide by the Anytime Fitness administration, club and sales guidelines daily.
  • To expand the customer base and strengthen the loyalty of existing customers through service calls to increase sales referrals, and ongoing development of networks and relationships.
  • To work closely and follow instructions from both the club manager and senior management to ensure sales targets are achieved, AF administration and sales guidelines are followed.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Relevant 2+ years of sales experience
  • Customer service and or marketing experience highly regarded
  • Matric qualification essential

  • High level of values, integrity and ethics in order to ensure quality member service for members, enquiries and senior management.
  • Ability to follow operational and sales processes.
  • Skillset to promote various club promotions and manage social media accounts.
  • Must have excellent client relationship skills across all customer demographics.
  • Accountability to maintain and manage daily club and company management processes and systems.
  • A current CPR and AED certification (Can be done if you are successful in joining the team)

  • R12,000 per month basic salary for the probationary period. Post probationary period, the basic salary increases to R14,000 per month.
